We do not give refunds if you:
- simply change your mind, or
- make a wrong decision.
The use of Sleepy Wings on a baby is a matter of personal preference and while we believe Sleepy Wings to be most versatile in use and of quality make, we do accept returned product with prior approval via email within 14 days of postage. (The postal address details will be given upon approval)

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
- are faulty
- have been wrongly described
- are different from a sample shown to you
Please retain your paypal receipt as proof of purchase. This exchange, change of mind or refund is conditional on the product being unworn, unopened and the original packaging intact.
Sleepy Wings that have been tried on will not be refunded or accepted for return as we will not resell them. Once tried on, it is stretched and unhygenic.
We do not refund postage charges, nor bear postage charges to return product unless we have made an error on your order or if the product is defected.
Exchanges and Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the original product.
Returns
In the unlikely event that Sleepy WingsTM is faulty in make or damaged, please contact us on sales[at]sleepywings.com.au
We will be happy to exchange it for the same product or equivalent if no longer a stock item
We will then arrange to dispatch a replacement and refund your return postage costs
